*Note - All of our buildings are built at the Graceland plant in Sedro-Woolley, WA and delivered to you already completed.  We do offer on site builds at your property depending on property location. Most of our orders are custom builds, meaning that you can choose your colors, roof, and upgrades to have it built. We also sell inventory on our lot in Sultan. Current lead times for custom builds are about 6 weeks, and 1-2 weeks for off lot inventory orders.

*Keep in mind that we offer sizes that range from 8ft -16ft wide and 12ft - 40ft long. Size options depend on the type of building.

Do you have enough space between and going through any gates, fences, retaining walls, decorative rocks, trees, or other buildings in order for us to get the building where you want it placed?

 *For example: If your building is 8ft wide, we would need a minimum 10ft wide of cleared space in order to delivery the building in safely and not scraping against anything. 

We can help with moving fences, or other objects temporarily out of the way for delivery and offer a separate quote for this service.
