The conference banquet will most likely take place at My Happy Hunan Kitchen (1926 Beacon Street in Brighton) on Saturday, March 16. The costs will be approximately $20 for students, $30 for postdocs, and $40 for faculty per person (excluding drinks). Please bring cash to the banquet.

We plan to organize a session of short talks on Saturday, each lasting 5 minutes.

Please provide an estimate of the dollar amount for your travel expenses that you would like us to cover.

Due to limited funds for travel reimbursement, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement for every participant. Our funding priorities are to support graduate students and postdocs. While we encourage the attendance of participants from outside the Northeast, it is unlikely that we will be able to fully reimburse airfare.
