These are processed every 1-2 weeks in most countries (but may be delayed during a Kickstarter or major convention, or in remote zones). You will receive an email acknowledgement within half an hour; if you have clarifications, changes, or want to attach a picture, just reply to that email!

* Note that for box damage, we are usually not able to provide replacement boxes; we do not keep a stock of these as they have a high risk of crush damage when shipping. You can email us at orders@roxley.com for a resolution if your damage is serious (please include a picture if possible, and of the packaging as well if it looks like it was a shipping issue).
