This form permits Haven attenders to request a disbursement from Haven's budget for a Benevolence gift or a Community Partnership gift. Benevolence gifts are intended to alleviate hardship (financial or otherwise) for members of the Haven community through the giving of a financial gift or equivalent donation (such as a gift card).

Community Partnership gifts are intended to support the work or respond to needs of outside organizations, or at times, individuals, who have a personal connection with Haven attenders or are providing services that are consistent with Haven’s values.

Requests may only be made by Haven attenders. Benevolence requests may be made by the person requesting assistance or by another member of the Haven community.
