1. Liability & Responsibility
Eastside Market and Brotherwell Brewery are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or equipment. Vendors assume all risk for their property and sales.
2. Weather Policy
Eastside Market is primarily an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine, unless severe weather conditions make it unsafe.
Vendors must prepare for all weather conditions, including wind, heat, and rain.
If the market is canceled due to extreme weather, vendors will be notified as soon as possible, and the team will determine if rescheduling is possible.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
Event organizers reserve the right to modify the market layout, schedule, or policies as needed to ensure a successful event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless an official cancellation is made by Eastside Market organizers.

Eastside Market is more than just a market—it’s a place to connect, create, and celebrate community. We encourage all vendors to bring positive energy, a welcoming attitude, and a spirit of collaboration to the event.
Support your fellow vendors! If you see someone struggling to set up their tent or need an extra hand, jump in and help. If a neighbor needs to step away for a quick break, keep an eye on their booth. We’re all in this together!
Treat customers with kindness and make them feel part of the experience. A friendly smile and good conversation make all the difference!
By submitting a vendor application and participating in Eastside Market, you acknowledge and agree to the above requirements and disclosures. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or exclusion from future markets.
