9th Annual Webster Marching Band Food Truck Rodeo Vendor Application

The Webster Marching Band is excited to announce our 9th Annual Food Truck Rodeo!

When: Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 5-8 PM
Where: Fireman's Field, 172 Sanford Street, Webster, NY 14580

Vendors: Please complete this vendor application if you are interested in exhibiting. The vendor fee is $50 per 10' x 10' space, plus one item which will be used in the vendor raffle benefiting the Webster Marching Band. Please note all vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy tent, tables, and chairs. This event will have a maximum of 32 vendors and 8 food trucks. Vendors will be chosen with product quality and diversity in mind. If you would like to submit photos of your craft/product or booth, please email them to: KLDunbar@yahoo.com. Space is not guaranteed until the vendor fee is paid and a signed contract is received.

Please submit by July 25th, 2025.
