The Future of Blue 21+ 5K Run Volunteer Sign Up
Seeking energetic volunteers to assist with Race Day events!  As a volunteer you will provide key support to the  participants as they run, celebrate, and support the Achieve Academy for Adults with Autism.  Please make sure you are available for the duration of the listed timeframe before registering to volunteer.  Individual volunteers will assist with nearly every aspect of the event.  Service credit is also available for those who need their volunteer hours verified.

(February 16 - April 15th) Pre Race Day Advertisers:  Have some extra time and don't mind driving?  Consider asking local businesses to hang up our flyer!

9:15-10:00 Registration:  Registration volunteers will help the morning of the race to get everyone registered.  You will be the first to meet our runners from all over the county. Volunteers will distribute race packets and t-shirts to registered runners.

9:15- till end of race Apparel Distribution:  Help to distribute shirts to the participants the morning of the race.

10:00-11:00 (ish) Course Marshals:  Race day volunteers are needed along the course!  Course Marshals will stand at strategic turns/intersections along the course and make sure zoned out runners stay on course. You will be given a complete kit with safety vest, location and time needed and instructions

8:00 - 9:15 Race Day Set Up: Love to get up early? Don’t mind a little physical work?  Then you fit the bill for helping with this important task of Race Day set-up.  Set-up teams will meet at Brielle Park on Union Lane on Race Day and team leaders will direct volunteers and participants.
11:30 (ish)  till finished Race Day Clean up: One of our most important jobs!  The Future of Blue and Monmouth Ocean Foundation for Children have a lot of pride when it comes to leaving our course and Brielle Park better than we found it.  If you would like to help with garbage and loading trucks we won’t turn you away.
