RSVP Form Buddhist Meditation - IAP 2024

Meditation is found in many rich traditions of prayer, mental discipline, and self-enrichment. It is practiced around the world - Buddhist traditions in Tibet and Thailand, Hindu traditions in India, Chinese Chan, Japanese Zen, and Jesuit (Ignatian) traditions in Europe and the Americas, to name just a few. Join us for traditional Buddhist meditation during the IAP, led by monks, nuns, and practitioners! There will be time for a Q&A with our meditation leaders and plenty of time to practice and learn together!
