Cancelation Policy: 

There is a limited amount of space available for Spring Camp. To support families I do not ask for deposits and offer payment plans, In return, I ask for your support in understanding that by signing up you are reserving a spot and are expected to pay in full regardless of cancelations on your end. If you are making weekly payments, you agree to pay for all dates you signed up for.

Once you sign up,  you are committing to paying in full for the dates you are registered for. There are no refunds for missed days due to illness, lack of participation, or any other last minute cancelations. 

Make up days are not offered during this week long camp.

Sprouting Spirits will issue a refund for missed days if the camp is canceled for any reason.

Payment Policy:  Payment is due by pick up on the last day your child attends camp or can be paid in advance.
 You are responsible for calculating the total based off the rate of when you signed up.

Late Pickup Policy: If I choose to drop off my child, I will notify Sprouting Spirits in advance and arrange to pick up my child at the end of class. If I fail to do so after 10 minutes, I agree to being charged a $10 late fee. An additional $10 will be added after 30 min and will continue to do so until the child is picked up.

Photo Permission: Photos and videos are taken throughout classes to share with families, as well as promoting the classes. Names will never be linked to photos. If you do not grant permission, your child's face will be covered by an emoji.

Liability: I hereby waive and discharge Kayla Simpson, and any organization/person associated with this event, from all liability as a result of my child’s participation in Sprouting Spirits programs. Although there are extremely low risks, I understand accidents and injuries (i.e. scrapes, bumps, bruises, etc.) can happen. Knowing that I agree to assume those risks and to release Kayla Simpson, and any organization/person associated with this event, from any injury, illness, or damages that may occur during the extent of this event due to weather or any other unforeseen events.

Broken Items: If a child breaks any materials, toys, or sound bowls due to misuse or aggressive play, especially after being asked to stop,  the family will be asked to replace the item or pay for the cost. Materials broken accidently through typical play will not apply, as I understand kids can accidently break things and do not want families to be penalized for exploration. Thank you for understanding.
