CCM Activities '24-'25
Instructions:

This form is for all CCM students to sign up for the wide variety of FREE activities the school offers throughout the year. You may use this form as many times as you need to.

You may sign up here for Practice Challenges, Musicianship Workshops, and Musicales. Student Recital signups are emailed to your teacher by Emma Huggard approximately one month before each recital date.

For all of the other Activities, follow the links below.

Attend a CCM Concert event descriptions and tickets through Eventbrite (people under 18 are free, but must still reserve their tickets in Eventbrite)

Kindly sign up no later than 1 week prior to an Activity date. This allows our faculty to plan accordingly.

If you are in MAP:

1) At the bottom of the form is a place for you to indicate which Grab Bag items you are involved in for MAP credit.
2) After you have completed an activity, please remember to fill out the Activity Completion Form, so that you can receive a check next to your name on the wall chart!
