On Wednesday December 5, 2018, the fifth-grade boys will have the opportunity to attend the “Michael” program presented by the Robert Crown Health Education Center. This program has been developed to acquaint the boys with the physical development and personal hygiene associated with growing up. The program will be presented in the Commons at Olive-Mary Stitt School at 7:00 p.m. It will end by 8:30 p.m.
This program is being offered by the PTA so that parents have the opportunity to hear the presentation with their child before it is presented in school. This same “Michael” program will be presented to the 5th grade boys during the school day later in January.
It is important that the students’ parents be familiar with the information communicated to the boys during this program. Therefore, every boy attending must be accompanied by a parent or an adult chaperone. (This chaperone may be the parent of a friend, a relative, etc.)
The below form serves as a permission slip for the presentation. Please fill out if you plan to attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Rachael Hooker (Rachael.firstname.lastname@example.org).
NOTICE: This event is solely sponsored by the PTA. School staff may not be present and have no responsibility for the event. Please direct all inquiries or concerns to the sponsoring PTA.
