Girls in STEM Club @ Columbia Memorial Space Center (12400 Columbia Way, Downey, CA 90242)

Eligibility: Girls must be 8–18 years old for enrollment in the club.

Waitlist: Girls under 8 stay on the waitlist until eligible. A form must be completed for each child on the waitlist using the original name submitted. Meaning siblings won't be added together if only one daughter was added to the waitlist. We used to admit girls biannually, but now we admit new girls into the club once a spot is available!

Attendance Policy: Missing 3+ meetings in 6 months results in removal from the program. Meetings are held twice a month for 2 hours (not including mandatory sessions) on Saturdays. Girls in Stem is a commitment and not just free babysitting.

Current wait time is 1–2 years, with admissions based on waitlist position and age group availability.
