Cancellation Policy *

To cancel your registration, please send a written request via e-mail to irwsnetwork@gmail.com. If we receive your cancellation up to two weeks before the workshop begins, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before the workshop's start date.

Please be aware that refunds will be processed within 30 days following the workshop's conclusion. Any bank and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If you would like an estimate of these charges, please contact us.

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may adjust this policy at our discretion. If you are unable to attend, consider transferring your registration to a colleague. For details on this process, please get in touch.
