Please provide date of your event; if additional dates are needed for rehearsals, provide those dates as well. Reservations will be set upon availability and reviewed by the PAC Coordinator. District Non- Fine Arts events that require any of our Fine Arts staff will need to submit overtime request. The cost of overtime will be the responsibility of the department requesting the event. Our group shall be responsible for any damages sustained by the premises, furniture, or equipment, because of our occupancy of the premises.

Our group will be responsible for "surface" clean up, such as discarding of waste, and removing all property upon departure.

Our group shall abide by and enforcing the rules, regulations and policies of the La Joya ISD Fine Arts department. Our group agrees to hold the La Joya ISD Fine Arts Department free and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by our occupancy of building premises.

Our group will participate in a Pre-Production meeting with our PAC staff at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Rehearsal date request will only be granted if there isn't any conflict with a performance request.
