An individual application must be filled out completely for each student. An application does not imply acceptance. Please do not withdraw your child from their current school.

Please note: The District shall accept students based upon their Open Enrollment application for one (1) school year only. A new Open Enrollment form must be submitted each year for consideration. The acceptance of students who apply to open enroll in the District is based upon capacity for student enrollment at each school, in each grade level, and for each special program or service need. In addition, the District may deny open enrollment to any student if the parent and/or student have failed to comply with the application parent/pupil agreement.
