We’re creating the 2026 THE DESIGN LEDGER coffee table book—a curated, editorial showcase featuring the most exceptional interior design projects, designers, and artists across the Charleston area. (THE DESIGN LEDGER Perspective and photography by Candice from Mark Brooke Photography)

This beautifully produced book will be gifted to tastemakers and industry leaders such as Celadon, Kiawah River management, and select high-end boutiques, and may also be sold at curated locations across Charleston.

The 2026 edition will feature projects photographed by Candice of Mark Brooke Photography throughout the year. Inclusion in the book is by selection only—we’ll be curating the strongest, most compelling work from these shoots to ensure the book reflects the very best of Charleston design.

There are two ways to be considered for the book:
Work with Mark Brooke Photography throughout the year for the opportunity to have a project selected, or apply directly by completing the application.

If featured in the coffee table book, you’ll receive:

  • Complimentary copies of the book for you and your client’s home (2–3 gifted books)

  • Full image usage rights (as outlined in your photography agreement)

  • Credited recognition throughout the book

  • An invitation to our end-of-year launch party

  • Featured brand exposure throughout the year through Mark Brooke Photography’s ongoing promotion of the THE DESIGN LEDGER coffee table book
