Application for Leadership Garden
Leadership Garden’s mission is to help promising young people develop life skills that will help them succeed and make a positive impact in their community. We do this by creating experiences that enrich our students, opening their minds to future possibilities.

Eligibility

Participants are in or will be going into 10th or 11th grade, are curious about how the world works, and are open to learning things that will give them a springboard to future success.

Application Process

  1. Fill out the information below, including a parents or guardian’s signature, and submit  to mmohn@LeadershipGarden.org.

  2. Visit with our Executive Director to discuss your application.

  3. Accepted applicants will be notified approximately 30 days after submitting an application.

    Although we try to accommodate all applicants, we are limited to 20 students for 2024/2025

1)  Participants will be given no-cost access to a variety of experiences, designed to provide life skills and education. Participation in any Leadership Garden activity or event is voluntary.

2)  There is a finite amount of space in our program and not all applicants will be accepted. Submitting the application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

3)  If a student is accepted into the program, the parent and/or guardian, and the student agree to follow any policies or procedures designed to promote safety and program performance.

4)  While Leadership Garden will provide volunteers and chaperones for all activities, there is inherent risk in all activities. Parents and/or guardians and the participants themselves voluntarily assume all risks involved with participating in any Leadership Garden activity.

5)  If selected, participants agree to the use of their image to promote Leadership Garden.
