On behalf of the Minority Association of Pre-Medical students (MAPS) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T), we would like to invite you to participate in the inaugural HBCU Health Equity Summit, planned to take place on February 10th, 2023, on the campus of NC A&T. With our mission in mind and the impending consideration by the Supreme Court to overturn affirmative action in medical admissions, the MAPS chapter at NC A&T will be hosting this summit designed to bring students, university leaders, medical educators, and practitioners together for a very timely discussion about the urgency of protecting the pipelines that bring diverse talent into medicine.
