We are grateful and excited to serve you and your property to the fullest! Below is our table of offered Services that make up our Maintenance Packages.
Our goal is to give you peace of mind in knowing that your property will have all the proper care, at the proper times of the year.

We do not require packages to contain ALL Services listed below, but do maintain a minimum Service requirement within our packages in order to continue Service standards and promise.
Please take the time to review the list below and select the Services you would like to have in your package, then we will complete a formal Estimate to send to you by email(or preferred method).
Package Payment Frequency Options are Once(Annually or One Season), Twice(Seasonal), Six(Monthly Half Year,) 12(Monthly Full Year). You will be given different payment options and amounts with your Estimate.
Almost all Services can be approached as “Single Service” items with individual fees, but we still prefer as much advance notice of needed maintenance or repairs as possible, so preference is to plan and include it within your Maintenance Package.
Summer Maintenance Packages are April 1st to September 30th.
Winter Maintenance Packages are October 1st to March 31st.
**Please know that there are items that can come up that will rise above the cost of pre-built plans, such as Dog Waste Removals(NOT accounted for in Summer Maintenance), Sudden/Emergency Repairs, Excess Junk or Debris Removals, Extreme Winter Conditions, etc....)**
Some Services CANNOT be completed without completion of other necessary Service first.
Many Services will require us to visit the property for detailed measurements, we may need to ask for more details but guarantee a full quote/Maintenance package within 72hrs.
Holiday Decorating consists of a Consultation to cover lay-out, schedule, accessories and Design.
