Participation will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
Participation Details:- The Chef will be asked to attend the event along with 1-2 staff members to operate the restaurant's tasting table.- You will be asked to provide 550-600 3-4oz tasting portions of your dish.- Please note that in planning your dish, there will be no kitchen facilities and fryers onsite.- We will provide you with one 6'x30'' display table, one 6'x18'' back prep table, linens, signage, tasting plates, utensils, napkins, and any heating/cooking equipment.- You will be included in event marketing and press. - Our panel of judges will taste all latkes and vote for the "Judge's Choice Best Latke."- Our guests will taste all latkes and vote for the "People's Choice Best Latke."
