IS/HCC Graduate Course Request Form for Non-majors

This form is for graduate students outside of the IS/HCC graduate programs to request to take IS or HCC graduate level courses. We will approve enrollments about 2 weeks prior to the start of classes, if seats are open. Remaining seats will be offered in the order in which the requests were received. It is the responsibility of the student to check with their home program if the requested course can be used to satisfy their major requirements.
