This form is for established civic tech volunteer groups to apply to become a member of the Alliance of Civic Technologists. You can review our membership criteria here. 

Before you fill this out, you'll need
  • Link to your website, social media handles
  • Link to your Code of Conduct
  • Link to your event page
  • Link to your mission/purpose statement
  • Link to your organization's logo 
  • The names and emails of your 2 voting delegates and your 1 alternate. 
We'll use this information to fill out the memorandum of understanding which will finalize your membership.
