McKay High School Early Graduation Application 2021-2022
Please complete the following application if you would like to apply for Early Graduation during your Junior or Senior year. This form must be filled out with your parent/guardian. Applications will be reviewed by Counselors and then Admin for final approval. Early Graduation is contingent upon students completing all graduation requirements prior to Graduation. (24 Credits)
** Students who graduate early are responsible for keeping up to date on senior announcements, activities, and opportunities for planning for college and work after high school.

The next question is about Senior Launch. Senior Launch is an opportunity for seniors who need 0.5 credits or less to meet graduation requirements by the end of Semester 1 and are interested in graduating early to attend college full time (for free!). This program allows a student to enroll in the spring term at Chemeketa for free (Tuition, Books and Fees!)!

If your intention is to start 4 year University or Community College after graduation you should promptly begin filling out the FASFA/ORSSA and Oregon Promise Applications. If you need assistance with these contact Mr. Brooks at the McKay student center and/or attend any college related nights or online events at McKay.
