Baseline Data Audit - Flexible Working
This survey is designed to capture baseline data from schools with a view to measuring the positive impact of introducing flexible working practices. This will provide control groups for research and, eventually, success stories of schools in the same 'family' who can learn from best practice of a school which is similar to their own.

Please note that responses are confidential and we will not share your personal information with anyone else. Overall results will be aggregated and not associated with any individual respondents or schools. This data will be shared to demonstrate our impact when we apply for funding from outside agencies.

Our aim is to support schools to recruit and retain effective teachers and, ultimately, to improve pupil outcomes. We really appreciate you taking time to complete the survey.
