Standards/Learning Goals Feedback Survey
Thank you for your feedback on the Standards documents. We have grouped the questions of this survey into 3 sections. While the Standards Committee would love for you to complete all 3 sections, we recognize and respect any time you are able to give. Not all sections are required for submission. The 1st section should take approximately 5 minutes. The 2nd section should take an additional 15 minutes. The 3rd section should take an additional 40+ minutes with an opportunity for 1 PDU.

The Standards documents for review are linked on the OASL website, and here is a direct link to that page for this survey: bit.ly/oregonlibrarystandards. Open it now in a new tab/page, and you'll be able to move between the survey and the documents for reference.
