Vulnerable Sector Check Request
The Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) provides a screening of individuals who intend on working or volunteering with vulnerable people. The VSC screening is required for every volunteer/officer serving in positions at Apple Creek Seventh-Day Adventist Church, especially those volunteering with our vulnerable population (e.g. children, youth and seniors).

Completing this form is the first step in this process. Please ensure that the information you enter is complete and accurate as it will determine the next steps, instructions and materials needed to complete your VSC screening.
