Healthy School Meals for All (also known as Proposition FF) was passed in November 2022 by Colorado voters. In the 2023-24 school year, all Jeffco students attending a school who participates in the National School Lunch Program (Swanson Elementary does) may receive a breakfast and lunch at no cost, regardless of income eligibility. We are asking all families to fill out the free and reduced lunch application through School Cafe as Swanson Elementary is a title 1 school that relies on funding from our free/reduced lunch percentages.
Help us reach our goal of 65% or more, which provides us with extra funding to retain teachers, purchase materials, and more.
In addition, students who qualify for free/reduced lunch may have some or all school fees waived. Copy and paste this web address in your browser to take you to the School Cafe website to apply. https://www.schoolcafe.com/JEFFCOSD
