Developers and Professional Organizations -- Annual dues: $3,500
Syndicators, Investors, and Lenders -- Annual dues: $7,500
Board-Level Developers or Professional Organizations -- Annual dues: $20,000
Board-Level Syndicators or Investors -- Annual dues: $35,000
NOTE: “Small Nonprofits” are those with revenue of under $25 million as reported on
guidestar.org
. Nonprofits with revenue at or above $25 million at the date of joining will be categorized by their general function (i.e. developer, professional, investor, lender, or syndicator) under the new dues structure.
