BCU Grievance Submission Form
This form is intended for use to file an official grievance or other report by a member of the Boston Cyclists Union's staff, volunteers, membership, or other affiliated group, about someone else within these groups.

Your submission will be handled according to the BCU's Nondiscrimination/Anti-Harassment Policy and Whistleblower and Anti-Retaliation Policies. Please also read our Shared Values and Norms.

Confidentiality: You do not need to include your name and/or contact information. However, including your name will help us to act on this report and follow up with you if needed. The Boston Cyclists Union will maintain confidentiality throughout the process to the extent possible and consistent with adequate investigation and appropriate corrective action.
