The fee for attending the HVSP event is $75 per attendee or $100 per couple or family. You will be issued with a lanyard and a pass for the event for the number of people in your party on receipt of your deposit to the NSAS account.

DESCRIPTION: HVSP <SURNAME>

This fee covers the attendance at the HVSP site at the Grapevines Estate and the costs associated with the hire and use of the estate, provision of toilets and other amenities at the site. All costs associated with accommodation, food, travel and tours etc are not included.

Please advise if you have booked a hotel accommodation - leave blank if you have not at this stage. If you have any comments or any special items we need to know please advise in the commentary section. Please note all notifications will be through the Primary Email and Primary Mobile phone number.
