    Ce questionnaire s'adresse aux COP et DCIO, aux titulaires comme aux contractuels. Nous vous informons qu'en raison du nombre de questions, la passation est relativement longue (environ 45 minutes). Avant de commencer à répondre vous pouvez visualiser l’intégralité du questionnaire en faisant simplement défiler cette page. Pour respecter la clause d'anonymat, il n'est pas possible de répondre en plusieurs fois. Les questionnaires incomplets ne seront pas exploitables.
