Please provide the below details if you plan on arriving at the event via private hire vehicle (8+ seats)

- On arrival your bus must follow the signs for coach/shuttle bus drop off

- Buses will not be able to wait on site during the event, they must leave and come back after 9pm

- You must follow the guidance of traffic marshals at all times when on site

- No outside food or drink may be brought onto the Hopetoun House estate, please dispose of any before boarding your bus

- Do not attempt to exit your vehicle anywhere other than the designated drop off point
