The Community Education Department has a goal for all residents to participate in a Community Education program, activity or course if desired. This application allows those with limited financial resources to participate. The information given below is confidential and will be used for this purpose only. Please fill out the form in its entirety and you will be contacted by phone or email regarding approval. You may contact the Director if you do not agree with the department’s decision on your application. Eligibility is based on Free or Reduced Lunch qualification for the 2021-22 school year. *

Please sign below granting permission to check on eligibility. After eligibility is confirmed, each person will qualify for a 25% reduction for families who qualify for reduced lunch and 50% reduction for families who qualify for free lunch, with a cap of $50/child. Most classes will qualify for this discount. *Not available for trips or supplies for class. Reduced fees for swimming lessons will be for group lessons only. *
