Art in the Park 2025: Vendor Application

🎨 Attention Artists, Crafters, and Vendors! 🎨

Get ready to shine at "Art in the Park", the West Plaza Neighborhood Association’s (WPNA) biggest celebration of creativity! We’re looking for passionate artists, innovative crafters, and dynamic vendors to bring their work to life at this exciting event.

Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM, and showcase your unique talents to hundreds of community members.

Fee: Artists and crafters must be WPNA members ($15 for 2025 or $25 to join for 2025-2026) or pay $15 to participate.

Setup Details:
Please bring your own tables and chairs. We highly recommend bringing a small tent to keep your booth comfortable. Lunch will be provided for participating artists, thanks to a generous donation from Lane 4. We also plan to have food and drinks available for visitors.

Advertising & Promotion:
To help make this event a success, we ask participating artists to submit samples of their work for social media and promotional materials. Please send your images to wpnageneral@gmail.com after submitting your registration form, and include your name in the subject line.

What type of art or craft will you be selling? This information is needed for event placement and promotional purposes. *

Will you be providing your own tent?

Please bring your own tables and chairs. We highly recommend bringing a small tent to keep your booth comfortable.  *
If you're not bringing your own tent, will you be sharing one with another vendor? If yes, please specify the vendor’s name. Please note that each vendor must register and pay the booth fee. *
If you cannot supply your own tent, please let us know. WPNA does not have extras, but we’re checking to see if anyone has a tent available to borrow for the day. *

Does your booth need access to electrical power? We do not provide a generator, but you are welcome to bring your own generator if needed. *
Lunch for the artist and one helper will be provided: Do you have any dietary restrictions? While the food source has not been finalized, I will do my best to accommodate any dietary needs. *
