RCA Spring Pop Up 2019: Stall holders sign up form

Following on from the Easter Fair last year in Battersea and The Christmas Fete in December, RCASU is very pleased to be hosting another fair in Westworks White City!

Spring Pop Up will bring together RCA students, staff and alumni to show work and deliver beautifully crafted goods for the wider community of art and design.

Weather permitting, stallholders will be selling goods outside in the courtyard amongst shops and local businesses. If the weather is bad we will be based in the foyer of Westworks where the Christmas Fete was held.

RCA students are at the centre of this event, as it presents them with the opportunity to share their work and ideas with a wider audience. Earnings from the fete go directly towards stall holders at the College, who receive 100% of the profit from their sales.

There is an opportunity for students to use the performance space! If you would only like to perform then there will be no fee. Please fill in form below and we will be in touch to talk about specifics.

We hope you would like to take part the Spring Pop Up this year! We're excited to improve on the Christmas Fete and reach a wider/larger audience building connections with the locals. We will be working on more signage and marketing prior to the event to ensure the event increases in popularity!

RCA Student price: 1/3 table = £20.00, 2/3 table = £30.00, whole table = £40.00

RCA Alumni price: 1/3 table = £30.00, 2/3 table = £40.00, whole table = £50.00

RCA Staff price: 1/3 table = £40.00, 2/3 table = £50.00, whole table = £60.00

A deposit is required and non-refundable. The deposit amounts to the cost of ⅓ of a stall. Please make sure that you have selected the correct amount to pay in relation to the stall you wish to occupy. The full payment for a ⅓ of a stall is a non-refundable deposit that has to be paid before Monday 15th March as part of the application process. Please note that we will match individuals with other individuals to share a stall, maximum 3 people per stall.
