SNWMF 2017 Vendor Waiting List

Thank you for your interest in SNWMF 2017! We are currently only accepting applications from returning vendors, but please fill out this form if you would like to join our waiting list.

For your information, our 2017 prices are as follows:

CRAFT BOOTH (10' x 15' space) FEE DUE: $800 per space
Includes 3 vendor wristbands and 1 non-transferrable vendor vehicle camp/park pass.

FOOD BOOTH: (15‘x15’ space) FEE DUE: $1425 per space
Includes 5 vendor wristbands, 2 non-transferrable vendor vehicle camp/park passes. Must also submit a $150 cleaning deposit, MCEH food permit form and applicable fees, and provide insurance as specified.

NON-PROFIT (10' x 10' space) FEE DUE: $150 per space
Includes 2 vendor wristbands and 1 non-transferrable vendor vehicle camp/park pass. Must have proof of non-profit status.

Sierra Nevada World Music Festival takes place at the beautiful Mendocino County Fairgrounds in Boonville, CA, USA on June 17, 18, and 19, 2017. SNWMF provides limited vendor camping, public camping, RV parking, alter-able, family camping, showers & restroom facilities. The festival provides house lighting, water, and standard electricity (Booths requiring more than 60 amps could be subject to additional fees if it is possible to accommodate them, or or may be required to provide their own additional power).

Vendors will be responsible for all materials required for complete booth set-up, such as structure, tables, chairs, booth lighting, electrical cords, hand truck, (some vending areas may prohibit vehicle access), and a festive ambiance. Fluorescent lights are preferred. No halogen lights allowed! Bring lanterns for emergency back up. All vendors are required to keep their booth and the area around it clean, during and after the festival. This includes camp areas. Vendors must wear their wristbands! No Outside Alcohol is allowed in the Festival Music Bowl public access areas. Food Vendors need to provide Proof of Insurance, and exact menus with application. The Food Permit Application and Permit Fee must be mailed to SNWMF to be submitted to the MCEH on your behalf, and is considered part of your SNWMF application. Vendors must comply with all other County Fees and Licenses.

NO SALES OF: pipes & drug paraphernalia or any unauthorized wares, food or drinks. Only items approved by SNWMF may be sold.

No campground vending. No roaming vending. Off-road motorized vehicles (e.g., golf carts, quads), skateboards, bicycles, etc., are NOT permitted on fairground property. No dogs or other animals allowed onsite.

If accepted, all check-in information and directions will be included with your confirmation letter. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCEPTANCE! Check in Times will be listed in Vendor Acceptance Confirmation. All booths must be set-up and ready for inspection by 1pm, Friday.

Vendor wristbands are required for vendor camping. Names must be submitted for credentials in advance. Pick up Wristbands & Passes at check in. Any vehicles larger than standard SUV’s must be advanced at the time of applying and excess vehicles may be subject to additional fees if they are able to be accommodated. Camp/Park passes are per vehicle and are strictly non-transferrable. Any additional helpers that exceed your limit will have to purchase a general admission wristband and public camping in advance. They will not receive vendor wristbands or be allowed to camp in vendor camping. Public camping is limited, and no additional passes will be sold on site to vendors or otherwise.
