What you tell us through this survey will help us to understand your experiences of learning at home over the last 2 weeks. Knowing what worked for you and what didn't will help us to plan for Term 2 in case we need to continue Learning at home for longer.

This survey has 4 different sections.
1: family information
2: questions about your child's access to a device that they can use for learning at home
3: questions about your experience of learning at home over the last 2 weeks
4: an opportunity for you to express your views about online learning

We'll be analysing responses based on year levels so if you have children in different year levels and experienced Learning at Home differently for each of them, please complete different surveys for each child.
It is not necessary for you to repeat the same comments in both surveys.
