2025 - 212 WELS Soccer Camp Registration 
212 WELS Soccer Camp is 
July 29 - July 31, from 1-4pm, 
at the Voelz Athletic Field in Danube. 

▪︎ Our camp is designed for all children ages 5-13, no matter their soccer experience. 

▪︎ To cover expenses, there is a $30 fee per child.  $90 MAX COST PER FAMILY

▪︎ We are providing soccer camp shirts and daily snacks. Please remember to send a water bottle with your camper. 

▪︎ Checks can be made out to “212 WELS Soccer Camp.”

On the memo line please add the name(s) of your soccer camper(s). 
*Payment will be accepted after this date, but you will not be guaranteed a camp shirt.

▪︎ Space is limited – first come, first serve. 

》 Campers are responsible for bringing their own:《
• soccer cleats (suggested)
• shin guards (mandatory!)
• water bottle (mandatory!) 
• Sunscreen is highly recommended.

NOTICE OF WARNING: There is a potential risk in training and participating in any sport, and we have tried to create a safe environment. The coaches have established rules for participation, and proper conduct on or about the playing field must be followed.

AGREEMENT: I have read and understand the policies and the risk involved. I hereby agree that my children will follow all rules for good order and safety during this camp. I agree and understand that neither 212 WELS Soccer camp any of the churches sponsoring said camp, nor any of the volunteers involved are liable for any injuries received while participating or playing in the activity for which I am registering herein, or for the loss or damage to equipment. I agree that I shall make no claim and bring no action, suit, or proceeding for any and all damages, losses, liabilities, or costs in any manner suffered or incurred as a result of my participating in the activity for which I am registering herein, and I hereby release 212 WELS Soccer Camp and its officers, directors, and pastors, the City of Danube, and the Region of Renville Country school board from any and all damages, liabilities, or costs in this regard.

Our Facebook page and our website www.212welssoccercamp.com exist to help promote our camp throughout the community. Group pictures and action shots taken at the camp will be used on our website unless we are specifically notified by the parents.
