Help Us Find the Coolest Quantum 2.0 Projects and People
Inside Science, an editorially independent science news service from The American Institute of Physics, is working to produce a “Quantum 2.0 Primer” for the public.

Part of the primer will highlight projects and people from the frontiers of quantum research and we're seeking recommendations. We're looking to excite, inspire, and entertain readers with these vignettes, which will take the form of both written stories and videos.

Please tell us about the projects that are shaping the future of quantum tech and also pack a "wow" factor or an element of novelty, fun or whimsy. We also want to know about quantum researchers and students with infectious enthusiasm and a passion for exciting others. [Feel free to recommend yourself or your own project.]

Please submit your ideas by filling out one or more of the fields below by June 25, 2020.

Thank you!

Tell us about a project(s) and why it's cool: [Could include -- but is not limited to -- projects with audacious end goals; projects nearing “real world” applications and impact; projects that feature exotic settings or produce great visuals; projects that upend expectations or inspire wonder; projects that represent an important first; projects with an underreported, but important angle.]
Select the project's Quantum 2.0 category
Tell us about a quantum scientist or engineer and why they are inspiring or might make a good spokesperson for Quantum 2.0. [This could be a person who is charismatic, humorous, or eloquent, from any institution or company in the world, at any stage of their career, from student to well-established veteran. We're looking to include many diverse voices.]
Select the person's quantum 2.0 specialty, if applicable
