Thank you for your interest in Spring Creek Corgis! In order to be placed on our waitlist, you must carefully review and fill out this application. Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email/text letting you know whether or not you have been approved. Upon approval, a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to be officially added to our waitlist. This deposit will go towards the total price of the puppy.
