Nominating Committee: Identifies and recommends candidates for COWL leadership, while also overseeing the application and selection process for WISE Scholarship recipients and participants in COWL’s NEW Leadership Program.

Finance/ Fundraising Committee: Supports COWL’s financial sustainability by overseeing budgeting and leading fundraising efforts with donors and corporate partners.

Membership & Engagement Committee: Recruits new members and strengthens engagement by enhancing the member experience and encouraging bipartisan participation.

Event Programming Committee: Plans and delivers COWL events, including the annual meeting, Taste of the Capers, educational programming, and the NEW Leadership Program.
