UC-VEG Cooking Class Registration
Register early to secure your spot, as space is limited to 50 people for this class. 

UC-VEG's Plant-Based Cooking Classes - Translating complex scientific nutrition information into simple, tasty, health-promoting meals.

At each stand-alone class, UC-VEG provides a brief introduction on the importance of shifting toward a more plant-centered diet, as suggested by the US Dietary Guidelines, World Health Organization, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and other leading experts. We'll then dive into practical ways to make the experience convenient, fun, affordable and delicious! UC-VEG's cooking demonstrators will be showing you how to prepare your kitchen, shop for ingredients, and create tasty dishes! 

RECIPE THEME: Farm to Table: Cooking with Seasonal Produce

Bring your appetite as samples will be provided for each dish. You are invited to bring your own fork and spoon to save on plastic utensils.
