This program is open to residents of California who are women, especially women of color, women who have served in the military, and women with special needs (i.e., learning or physical disabilities). This donor-funded program is a ten-month program, with nine in-person training days. The rest of the instruction takes place via an online learning platform. Because it is donor-funded, the only cost to you is a non-refundable $75 fee. You will receive training and a total of 18 quarter units from Foothill College through this program.
The in-person summer intensive program is scheduled for 9:00am to 3:00pm, June 24-28, 2019 at the Krause Center for Innovation at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, CA. The in-person, four follow-up courses will take place on Saturdays, one each, in October, November, April, and March.
