South Coast Blaze a franchise of the Netball NSW Premier League competition and provides an elite pathway for players on the South Coast, Highlands and South Western Sydney.

South Coast Blaze is directly supported by 2 Associations – Illawarra District, and Campbelltown District, Netball Associations. We also have the backing of St George District, Southern Highlands & Eurobodalla Netball Associations.

South Coast Blaze supports the objectives of the NNSW Premier League;

• To provide an elite pathway for developing players, coaches, officials and administrators throughout NSW to increase
the depth and quality of these persons at the elite level within Netball NSW

• To create a seamless link in the pathway between Metro League, NNSWPL, National underpinning programs, Australian Netball League (ANL) and Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) Teams.

South Coast Blaze invites applications from talented players to be a part of its Opens and U23s teams. South Coast Blaze are looking for players who will be proud to represent the South Coast Blaze name, colours and region and aspire to higher performance levels within the sport of netball.

7.1.5 A Player wishing to participate in the Competition must be:
a) at least 16 years of age as at 31st December of the year in which they participate;
b) a current financial member of NNSW;
c) available for NSW representative team selection into 17/19 & Under State Teams, ANL, teams competing in the SSN, where applicable, unless exceptional circumstances apply; and
d) must have completed and signed a NNSW Premier League Player Registration Form.

All athletes wishing to trial must complete this nomination and register accordingly prior to nominations closing. NO walk-in nominations will be permitted on the day.

All nominating athletes wishing to be considered for Premier League for 2023 with South Coast Blaze are required to attend selections and must be available for the selection dates listed below.

Upon registration and payment of trial fee, athletes will receive an email confirming nomination and providing them with further trial information.

A trial fee of $30.00 per athlete is PAYABLE UPON NOMINATION. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRIAL IF THIS HAS NOT BEEN PAID.

U23s Nominations CLOSED 5.00pm AEDT, Wednesday 26th October 2022.  
OPENs Nominations CLOSE 11.59pm AEDT,  Monday 31st October 2022.
