Forging Jewish Identity: Visions and Questions for the Next Generation
A 4 part series exploring different models of Jewish identity based on birth and choice, memory and covenant, being, belonging and behaving.  How do these questions impact how we raise the next generation?  How do these models expand our adult relationships with Jewish identity- our choices, commitments and growth? What do these models mean for interfaith and intercultural families?  As a progressive Jewish community that recognizes Jewish status by patrilineal and matrilineal descent, how do we prepare our children to interact with and be part of a larger Jewish that holds different definitions of Jewish status?

In this first session, we'll gather the issues and questions that you are navigating in your lives as the topics for the rest of the series.
