We have very specific recruiting criteria for this role since we have had unique difficulty recruiting reliable volunteers for this role (several have joined and then abandoned).

So for this role only, we are looking for:

- retired/semi-retired people

- with technical skill

- willing to train themselves under our direction (more below)

- make a 3-year commitment to 20 hours a week

We recognize this will match to very few people, but all we need is one reliable person.

Why this is so important?

Salesforce is our back-end for this community – all the matching and communications and free programs are run via Salesforce.

We spend money today on consultants, but do not have enough money to do everything we need.

So this volunteer role is crucial to the growth and success of Never Search Alone – and the building of a private, volunteer-run, and free safety net for everyone laid off or let go.
