Upland Unified School District - Local Control Accountability Plan Survey
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a comprehensive planning tool used by Upland Unified and other California school districts to support student outcomes. The LCAP describes how our district intends to meet annual goals for all students. It includes specific actions and services to address state and local priorities.

Upland Unified’s LCAP is made up of four goals, listed below. You are invited to share your thoughts about the actions and services we might consider to support our students in 2019/20.
