In case of extremely complex designs and/or mascottes or props or big
or numerous edit requests I may charge a little more. Any form of extra
charge will be discussed with the client before the invoice is sent out.
- All payment are done in EUR. At the moment USD has a very similar value, if you need to make some counts.
- You can ask for a refund ONLY if I haven't started working on your commission. Please, check the queue.
-If I don't receive the payment after a week from the day I sent the invoice, then your commission request will be cancelled.
-You will provided a link to check the Queue and on what I'm working at the moment.
!!IMPORTANT!!!
I'm gonna be clear about it, I have health issues which can incapacitate me. I sadly can't control them and therapy doesn't always work therefore there might be periods of time I won't be able to work. Still the commission won't be cancelled and I will work on it the moment I'm back on my feet.
I will also put updates on both the Queue page AND I'll notice you via email (or preferred from of communication) right away.
