Please use this form to request a reduced fee or free membership for BPD Beautiful's upcoming Support Groups for people with BPD.

Reduced fee or free membership slots are limited.

We will not ask for proof of income. Please be honest, and only use this form if you are facing a financial hardship and are unable to pay the full amount ($10 per meeting, billed monthly - about $30-50/month).
