Dear Center Moriches Families,

As a District we are constantly reevaluating our reopening planning. Please understand that any change implemented in our District's Re-opening plan must adhere to social distancing guidelines and health and safety protocols established by the CDC and Suffolk County Department of Health. Because our capacity is limited, we need to know how many students would be willing to come in for 5 days per week of in-person instruction to determine if this is a viable option for us. Please complete one survey per child.
